Radhus consists of five prefabricated timber townhouses facing the City Park at the western edge of the block. The homes use a low-carbon timber system with compact layouts, private entrances and light-filled interior spaces. Prefabrication enabled efficient assembly with reduced on-site impact. The architecture is distinct yet aligned with the material rhythm of the surrounding block.
