Architecture & Landscape

Architecture & Landscape · Spain · Sweden · Greece

A building and its landscape are one system. We design both.

Wolfblanc holds triple EU architectural registration – COAM 25160 in Spain, SAR/MSA in Sweden, TEE-TCG 168011 in Greece. Our principals have nearly a decade of experience delivering large-scale residential architecture inside major Nordic practices, alongside completed projects in Spain and Greece across residential, hospitality, and commercial typologies. We design from concept to construction documentation and take technical responsibility for delivery in all three markets.

What We Design

From concept to completion. Across three countries.

  • New build residential: Private homes, villas, and multi-unit residential developments. Full architectural service from brief through planning consent and construction documentation.
  • Hospitality architecture: Boutique hotels, guesthouses, and resort developments where the building itself is part of the product. Architecture designed to support the operational and commercial model.
  • Renovation and extension: Existing buildings adapted, extended, or transformed. Heritage buildings, period apartments, and post-war residential stock – all requiring technical fluency with existing conditions.
  • Landscape and outdoor environments: Terraces, gardens, pool surrounds, and outdoor dining areas designed as extensions of the building – not afterthoughts. Particularly relevant for hospitality and premium residential projects in Spain and Greece.
  • Investment property architecture: Golden Visa properties, short-term rental developments, and buy-to-let portfolios where architectural decisions directly affect yield, occupancy, and exit value.
Our Approach

Spatial Clarity. Environmental Response. Buildability.

We design architecture that performs within its site, climate, and context. That means understanding the orientation and topography of a plot in Marbella as clearly as a dense urban infill in Athens or a timber-framed extension in Stockholm. The landscape is not a separate discipline – it is part of the architectural brief from day one. We apply Nordic process rigour to every market we work in: structured programming, coordinated documentation, and a single technical team that follows the project from brief to handover.

Why Wolfblanc for Architecture?

  • Triple EU registration: COAM 25160 (Spain), SAR/MSA (Sweden), TEE-TCG 168011 (Greece). We hold legal standing to sign off projects, manage permits, and take technical responsibility in all three markets.
  • Large-scale delivery experience: Nearly a decade inside Skanska, JM, Einar Mattsson, Bonava, and Serneke – coordinating over 3,500 residential units. We understand how buildings are actually built, not just designed.
  • BIM-coordinated documentation: All projects delivered with coordinated BIM models. Clash-free documentation, accurate quantification, and a construction set that contractors can actually build from.
  • WELL AP certified: Environmental performance built into the brief. Daylighting, air quality, thermal comfort, and acoustics addressed as design criteria from the start – not as post-design add-ons.
