Dolores
Leading Architect
Dolores is Spanish and Swedish. She trained as an architect at ETSAM, the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, one of Europe’s most respected architecture schools and part of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She built her professional experience in Spain and Sweden, leading complex residential and mixed-use projects for some of the largest Nordic developers, including Skanska, JM, Bonava, and Serneke.
She holds a Master’s in Sustainable Design and Bioclimatic Architecture from the University of Barcelona and completed specialist training in circular construction in Stockholm. She is a registered architect with additional professional licensure in Spain (COAM, Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid) and a WELL Accredited Professional.
Dimitrios
Leading Architect
Dimitrios is Greek and Swedish. He holds an integrated Master’s degree in Architecture and Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, one of Europe’s leading technical universities, and completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He went on to lead large residential and commercial projects for developers including Skanska, Einar Mattsson, and JM.
He is a registered architect with additional professional licensure in Greece (TEE-TCG). At Wolfblanc he leads project management, BIM coordination, business development, and the studio’s strategy and operations across Spain, Sweden, and Greece.
