Månstenen is a large-scale urban residential block located in southern Täby Park, comprising two distinct five-story buildings: the Park House and the Street House. The development is constructed using prefabricated concrete, allowing for efficient assembly while maintaining high-quality detailing and material expression.
Three generous passageways pierce the block, linking adjacent parks and public spaces while opening views into the green courtyard. The façades alternate between brick and plaster finishes in a carefully coordinated, muted palette. Oak-trimmed entrances and varied balcony typologies bring human-scale richness to the urban frontage.
Interior spaces are designed with flexibility in mind, offering elevated ground-floor ceilings and custom dormers on the top floors. The project was awarded Miljöbyggnad Silver, highlighting its sustainable design strategy.
