BIM Consultancy & Coordination

BIM Consultancy · Digital Coordination

Most coordination failures happen before anyone picks up a tool. BIM fixes that.

Wolfblanc brings BIM management experience from large-scale Nordic residential delivery – over 3,500 units coordinated across Skanska, JM, Einar Mattsson, Bonava, and Serneke. We apply the same discipline to projects of any size. Clash detection, coordinated federated models, structured information delivery, and a single source of truth from design through construction. Available as a standalone consultancy service or integrated into full project delivery across Spain, Sweden, and Greece.

What We Deliver

Digital precision at every stage of the project.

  • BIM management: Setting up and managing the Common Data Environment, BIM Execution Plan, and model quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Clash detection & coordination: Federated model coordination across architecture, structure, and MEP. Issues identified and resolved before they reach site and become expensive.
  • Information delivery: Structured handover of model data at each project milestone. Asset information models prepared for facility management and long-term maintenance.
  • BIM consultancy for existing teams: Audit and improve BIM workflows for developers, contractors, or other architecture studios working on complex projects who need external BIM expertise without a full-time hire.
  • Integrated BIM within Wolfblanc projects: All full-service Wolfblanc projects are delivered with coordinated BIM models as standard. Quantification, scheduling, and cost transparency built into the documentation from the start.
Our Background

Nordic BIM Standards. Applied Anywhere.

Nordic construction has operated at a high BIM maturity level for over a decade. Our principals spent nearly a decade inside major Scandinavian practices delivering large residential developments where BIM coordination was not optional – it was the standard. We bring that process rigour to projects in Spain and Greece, markets where BIM adoption is growing but genuine management expertise is still scarce. The result is fewer surprises on site, tighter cost control, and documentation that remains useful long after the project is complete.

Why Wolfblanc for BIM?

  • Large-scale delivery background: Nearly a decade coordinating BIM on major Nordic residential developments. The process experience is real, not theoretical.
  • Cross-market capability: BIM standards and information delivery requirements differ between Spain, Sweden, and Greece. We navigate all three without needing to be briefed on the local context.
  • Scalable engagement: Available as standalone BIM management for external teams, or integrated into full Wolfblanc project delivery. Engagement adapts to the project scope and what the client needs.
  • Architecture-led BIM: We are architects first. BIM is a coordination tool in service of the design and delivery process – not a compliance exercise. That distinction shows in how models are structured and used.
