Business Development Assistant (all locations)

Wolfblanc Architects is looking for a Business Development Assistant to work directly with the founding architects on new project opportunities across Spain, Sweden, Greece, and beyond.

You will be involved in prospecting, client communication, proposal preparation, and relationship building from day one.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential clients: property investors, developers, hospitality operators, commercial businesses, and brokers
  • Initiating outreach and following up with prospects
  • Preparing proposal materials, pitch decks, and presentation content
  • Supporting the founders in client meetings and presentations
  • Maintaining the CRM with contacts, interactions, and pipeline status
  • Tracking RFPs, RFQs, and project leads
  • Representing the studio at events and industry meetings when needed
  • Building relationships with brokers, consultants, and collaborators
  • Pitching the studio’s visualization and digital staging services to brokers and developers
  • Preparing regular pipeline updates

What we are looking for:

  • Background in architecture, design, real estate, or a related field
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (2+ years preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Swedish or Greek fluency is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and basic proposal production
  • Able to hold a professional conversation with senior decision-makers
  • Self-organized and able to manage multiple leads at different stages

Location Remote with flexibility. Presence in Madrid, Stockholm, or Athens is a plus.
