Wolfblanc created a holistic interior concept for V1, a contemporary Vasastan apartment designed to offer a premium, sensory experience for short stays while maximizing investment yield. The project combines classic architectural proportions with clean Scandinavian lines, durable natural materials, and a subtle monochromatic color palette to balance high-end aesthetics with operational functionality.

The goal was to transform a standard Stockholm interior into a highly desirable, turn-key boutique retreat. The design emphasizes soft minimalism, tactile textures, and a curated palette of greige, sand, warm taupe, and light oak, creating a memorable environment that stands out in the premium rental market.

Through thoughtful spatial design, smart integrated joinery, and curated Nordic staging, every detail enhances the flow, comfort, and durability of the space.
