Landscape Project Scope

From site analysis to construction supervision.

  • Programme and site analysis: Study of orientation, topography, views, climate, soil, existing vegetation and the intended programme for outdoor use.
  • Concept and scheme design: Landscape concept, circulation, planting palette, paving, water features, exterior furniture and the relationship between building and site.
  • Technical documentation: Coordinated drawings for levels, earthworks, paving, planting, irrigation, drainage, exterior lighting and water systems.
  • Approvals and tender: Documentation for applicable licences, specifications, quantities and tender information so proposals can be compared and built with less uncertainty.
  • Construction supervision and handover: Site monitoring, quality control of materials and plants, final setting-out, snagging and the information required for long-term maintenance.
