Residential Architect, Athens

Responsibilities

• Private residential projects, new-build and renovation
• High-end apartment and house renovations in the Athens market
• Technical documentation and permit coordination (TEE)
• Site supervision and quality control
• Client communication and project management

Profile

• Degree in Architecture, registered or registrable with TEE
• 2–5 years of experience in an architecture studio
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong English skills (we work in English)
• Knowledge of Greek building regulations and permit procedures
• A portfolio showing residential design work
