Commercial & Retail Architect, Madrid

Responsibilities

• Design of retail, restaurant and hospitality spaces
• Development of spatial concepts and brand briefs
• Technical coordination: MEP, acoustics, lighting and extraction
• Documentation and opening-permit management
• Site management and coordination with specialist contractors

Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial or hospitality projects
• Commercial sensitivity and a client-focused approach
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Advanced English is essential
• Portfolio of commercial or F&B projects
