The Role
We are seeking a Senior Architect capable of navigating the complexities of Greek construction while delivering world-class design. You will oversee projects ranging from boutique hospitality concepts in the Cyclades to high-yield residential renovations in Athens.
You will be responsible for:
- Design leadership for luxury vacation homes and hotel refurbishments.
- Project Management: Being the “eyes and ears” on the ground for international clients, ensuring timelines are met.
- Navigating local zoning laws and coordinating with engineers to maximize investment value.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Greek.
Experience in Hospitality or High-End Residential sectors.
Ability to manage local contractors and quality control.
