Project Management & New Build / Total Renovation

Project Management · Spain · Sweden · Greece

A new build or renovation managed badly costs more than the renovation itself.

Most new build / renovation problems do not start on site. They start earlier – in an unclear brief, a contractor selected without proper vetting, a permit process nobody planned for, or a design that looked right on paper and failed in execution. Wolfblanc manages the full process so none of that happens.

Who We Work With

Five types of client. One consistent approach.

  • Foreign buyers new building or renovating in Spain or Greece: You own the land / property. You are not on the ground. You need an architect with legal standing, local contractor relationships, and the ability to manage the full process remotely without losing quality or budget control.
  • Property investors: Acquisition, building or renovation as a single coordinated process. We assess the asset, define the scope, manage the works, and hand over a property that performs – whether for rental yield, resale value, or both.
  • Homeowners doing a new build or full renovation: One point of contact for the entire project. Design, permits, contractor selection, site supervision, and handover. You are not coordinating a team of specialists – we are.
  • Hospitality and commercial operators: Hotels, restaurants, short-term rental portfolios, and offices that need a new build, renovation or fit-out delivered on time and to a defined budget. Design and project management under the same roof.
  • Second home owners: Building new or renovating a holiday property in Spain, Greece, or Sweden while based elsewhere. We manage the project on the ground so you are not flying in to solve problems. The property is ready when you arrive.
Our Approach

Architect-Led. From Brief to Handover.

A general project manager coordinates. An architect-led team designs, documents, permits, coordinates, and takes technical responsibility. That distinction matters when something unexpected comes up on site – and something always does.

Why Wolfblanc for Project Management?

  • Triple EU licensure: COAM 25160 (Spain), SAR/MSA (Sweden), TEE-TCG 168011 (Greece). We hold legal standing to sign off projects, manage permits, and take technical responsibility in all three markets.
  • One point of accountability: The same principals who take your brief are responsible for the outcome, from start to handover.
  • BIM-driven process: Coordinated, precise, and cost-transparent documentation from the start. Fewer surprises on site. Better contractor accountability. Cleaner handover.
  • WELL AP certified: For residential, hospitality, and wellness projects where the quality of the environment directly affects how people live, work, or recover – built into the process, not added at the end.
