This proposal transforms a 30,000 m² site in Plato’s Academy into a sustainable, mixed-use community centered around a green corridor connecting Plato’s Academy Park and the Agricultural University. The design balances residential, cultural, and recreational spaces while preserving the area’s unique architectural identity. By linking fragmented green zones and organizing new development along a pedestrian-friendly axis, it fosters urban cohesion, environmental sustainability, and cultural continuity in a complex, evolving urban landscape.
