Located in the heart of Hagastaden’s Norra Stationspark, Lokstallarna östra and västra are two residential blocks that blend the site’s industrial heritage with contemporary architecture. The façades feature slate and metal cladding, contrasting with light-rendered courtyard fronts. Generous arched windows add character while reflecting the area’s historic rail tracks.

The project includes approximately 243 apartments and 10 commercial spaces for services and restaurants. The design combines tactile natural materials with earthy tones to create a timeless and harmonious ambiance. Lokstallarna is part of Hagastaden’s transformation, where urban living meets greenery and human warmth.
