USE: Urban Regeneration in El Pilar
LOCATION: Madrid, Spain
CLIENT: Undisclosed

This proposal revitalizes an underused urban block in Madrid’s El Pilar by introducing a central ring that redistributes commercial spaces, enhances green areas, and adds cultural amenities. New north-south housing with solar panels improves light, ventilation, and energy efficiency. Supported by metal trusses, the elevated ring connects the block with plazas and a forest zone, fostering a vibrant, accessible, and sustainable community environment.
