This project in Norra Djurgårdsstaden includes 130 rental apartments built across four volumes designed to meet high sustainability standards, including Miljöbyggnad Gold. Energy performance is supported by geothermal heating and rooftop solar panels. The design breaks the block into smaller units that respond to the surrounding urban context. Shared links between the buildings connect courtyards, commercial spaces, and residential entrances.
