The Role
You will lead the design and licensing (Declaración Responsable / Licencias de Actividad) for our commercial clients. This role requires speed, precision, and a deep understanding of how space influences business performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing high-impact commercial interiors and facades.
- Navigating the specific regulations for “Locales de Pública Concurrencia” in Madrid.
- Creating spaces that elevate the brand value of our investment partners.
