The Role
We are looking for a Senior Architect to manage our high-end residential portfolio. This role is crucial for clients who want the safety of a Stockholm-based contract with the design flair of the Mediterranean.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading luxury renovation projects in Greater Stockholm.
- Acting as the technical liaison for Swedish clients investing in Spanish properties (Second Homes), ensuring their vision is translated correctly to our teams in Madrid.
- Delivering high-concept interiors that blend warm minimalism with luxury materials.
The Perfect Candidate:
Understanding of cross-border project management.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
Experience in high-end residential or hospitality design.
