We’re Dolores and Dimitris, architects and co-founders of Wolfblanc Architects, a Madrid-based studio with collaborative hubs in Stockholm and Athens. Together, we have built a studio that blends Scandinavian precision with Mediterranean adaptability, delivering thoughtful, buildable solutions for homes, interiors, and urban projects.
A Studio Rooted in Experience
Our professional journeys have taken us across borders, cultures, and markets. Dimitris, a Swedish-Greek architect, trained at the National Technical University of Athens and KTH Stockholm, bringing deep expertise in urban development, residential housing, and digital workflows in Sweden. He also has hands-on experience leading construction projects and managing complex developments in Greece, giving him a unique perspective that bridges design and execution. Dolores, a Spanish-Swedish architect, trained in Madrid and Barcelona with advanced studies in sustainable architecture and circular design, has led complex projects across Sweden and Spain, from urban planning to interiors.
Having navigated diverse cultural and regulatory environments, we understand the challenge clients face in finding partners who combine strong design with executional clarity. Wolfblanc was born to fill that gap: a studio where creativity, accountability, and hands-on project management come together seamlessly.
A Multidisciplinary Team
Wolfblanc team includes architects, designers, engineers, and consultants, working together to ensure every project is fully realized — from concept to construction. Whether designing a vacation home in Spain, a renovation in Athens, or a residential complex in Stockholm, our collaborative approach ensures that every detail aligns with the client’s vision, context, and practical needs.
We focus on clear communication, respecting budgets and deadlines, and staying close to each project throughout its lifecycle. This allows us to maintain the personal attention of a boutique studio while delivering the reliability and technical precision of an international practice.
Nordic Method, Mediterranean Soul
What makes Wolfblanc different is our unique Nord-Med approach:
- Scandinavian method — structured, precise, and research-driven.
- Mediterranean adaptability — flexible, context-aware, and culturally responsive.
This methodology allows us to tackle diverse projects, from large-scale housing and urban planning in Sweden to interiors, office buildings, and cultural spaces in Spain and Greece. Every project begins with curiosity, not assumptions, ensuring that solutions are original, functional, and meaningful.
Our Philosophy
We believe that thoughtful design has a lasting impact. Wolfblanc projects are built with care, attention, and intention. We aim to translate our clients’ aspirations into spaces that perform, inspire, and endure. By blending vision with execution, we create architecture that is both beautiful and built to last.
Looking Ahead
As Wolfblanc continues to grow, our mission remains clear: to provide strategic, creative, and reliable architectural services across borders. With a growing network of collaborators and a focus on multidisciplinary expertise, we are ready to take on projects of all scales — from intimate renovations to complex urban developments.
Whether you’re building a new home, repositioning a development, or launching a branded space, Wolfblanc Architects offers the focus, creativity, and reliability you need to turn ideas into spaces that truly work.
