BIM Coordinator, International Projects

Responsibilities

• Federated coordination of architecture, structure and building services models
• Clash detection cycles in Navisworks, tracked from issue to close-out
• Writing and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan on each project
• Running the Common Data Environment, or working inside the client's
• IFC exchange with engineering and contractor teams in other countries
• Model review before procurement, and quantity extraction from the approved model

Profile

• Three or more years coordinating BIM on delivered projects, not only modelling
• Revit to a professional standard, plus Navisworks or Solibri for coordination
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management
• Comfortable resolving MEP conflicts with engineers who are not in the room
• English, plus at least one of Spanish, Swedish or Greek
• A degree in architecture or engineering
