Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial projects across more than one country
- Design leadership from brief to construction documentation
- Working with local consultants and permit processes in each market
- Client communication with owners and investors based abroad
- Keeping one standard of drawing and detail across the studios
Profile
- English, plus at least one of Spanish, Swedish or Greek
- Degree in architecture, registered or in the registration process
- 4 or more years of experience, at least some of it international
- Strong Revit and a working knowledge of BIM coordination
- Comfortable with unfamiliar regulation and with asking the right questions
