Att flytta ett k\u00f6k, byta ett badrum, \u00e4ndra b\u00e4rande element eller r\u00f6ra ventilationen kan snabbt bli en styrelsefr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utl\u00e4ndska \u00e4gare underskattar ofta detta eftersom de \u00e4r vana vid att t\u00e4nka inom l\u00e4genhetsgr\u00e4nsen.
