Vattentornet is a unique development located in the heart of Nacka, a thriving community where urban convenience meets natural beauty. The project is named after and inspired by the iconic water tower painted by renowned artist Åke Pallarp—a beloved local landmark that has become synonymous with the area’s identity.

Situated in close proximity to Nyckelviken’s tranquil natural landscapes and just a short distance from Nacka’s city center, Vattentornet offers a perfect blend of serenity and connectivity. The metro, currently under construction adjacent to the block, promises seamless access to the broader Stockholm region, enhancing the area’s appeal as a dynamic and accessible neighborhood.

The design of Vattentornet takes its cues from the iconic water tower, incorporating its distinctive colors and artistic flair into the architecture. This inspiration is evident in the varied facades and individual character of the block, creating a visually striking and cohesive aesthetic that pays homage to Nacka’s cultural heritage while embracing modern urban living.
