The design features a modern, industrial aesthetic, characterized by its clean, geometric forms and exposed concrete facades. The two main buildings are connected by an elevated steel bridge, adding visual interest and creating a sense of flow between the structures. Vertical and horizontal elements are emphasized, with prominent steel framing and expansive glass windows that offer transparency and light. The design also incorporates tiered steps and minimal landscaping, seamlessly blending the structure with the surrounding urban environment while maintaining a monochromatic, minimalist palette.
