The Månstenen/ Elddonet block is located in an open setting between two parks in the southern part of the rapidly developing Täby Park. The development consists of three distinct building volumes: the Park House, the Street House, and the Townhouses. Both the Park House and Street House feature a consistent height of five stories, while the Townhouses, located along the City Park to the west, are designed with a more modest scale of three stories.

Three passageways break up the block, establishing connections to the City Park, Neighborhood Park, and the main street, creating dynamic routes through the area. These passageways also provide visual access to the courtyard’s greenery for passersby. The ground-floor apartments feature extra-high ceilings and outdoor spaces facing either the courtyard or the street. On the top floor, distinctive apartments are designed with characterful roof dormers and French balconies.

The buildings along the streets are designed with varied façade materials, all within a restrained color and material palette. The residential entrances are thoughtfully crafted, incorporating smooth brickwork frames and oak wood details.

Its design integrates sustainable practices with a focus on energy efficiency, earning Miljöbyggnad Silver and Bronze certifications. The project offers a neutral interior with parquet floors, built-in appliances, and energy-efficient white goods.

The project was nominated for Täby’s City Planning Award.
