USE: Comprehensive renovation of 2 apartments in the center of Athens, 70 and 30sqm
LOCATION: Athens, Greece
YEAR: 2025
CLIENT: Private
STATUS: Ongoing

Our client — a doctor with a passion for travel and the arts — engaged Wolfblanc to assess the potential of two adjacent apartments in a prestigious area of Athens, near the Supreme Court of Greece. The challenge: to unlock the full value of the properties through a renovation that balanced location, functionality, and versatility.

Wolfblanc was entrusted with the complete scope: design, project management, and construction coordination. Following detailed assessments, we proposed two strategic approaches — merging the apartments into one expansive residence, or preserving them as distinct entities for future flexibility. The client opted for separation, recognizing the adaptability for private use, rental opportunities, or office space.

For the larger apartment, we created a flowing, open-plan layout that maximizes natural light, connects seamlessly to the balcony and terrace, and incorporates generous storage and a spacious bedroom — all aligned with a vision of modern, effortless living. The smaller apartment was designed for optimal efficiency, offering a highly adaptable, comfortable space without compromising quality.

Beyond design, Wolfblanc oversees every aspect of execution: coordinating new sun and gas heating systems, integrating updated electrical and plumbing networks, and managing construction with precision. Our goal is turnkey delivery — ensuring the client receives fully completed, move-in-ready spaces with keys in hand.

This project exemplifies our philosophy: full-service, strategically led transformations that are beautiful, functional, and built around our clients’ evolving needs.
