Our client, a distinguished doctor with a passion for travel and the arts, approached us with a unique challenge: two apartments in the heart of Athens, located in a prestigious area near the Supreme Court of Greece. The goal was to evaluate the potential for renovations that would respect the prime location while maximizing functionality and versatility.

Our team at Wolfblanc was entrusted with not only the design but also the full project management and construction coordination. After conducting thorough assessments of the spaces, we proposed two distinct options: one that would unify the two apartments into a single expansive living space, and another that preserved their separate identities for future flexibility. Ultimately, the client chose to maintain both apartments as separate entities, recognizing their potential for various uses, including family accommodation, rental properties, or office spaces.

For the larger apartment, we focused on creating an open-plan design that enhances the flow of light and air, integrates the balcony and terrace seamlessly, and provides ample storage and a spacious bedroom, aligning perfectly with the client’s desire for a modern, airy home. The smaller apartment, on the other hand, was designed with efficiency in mind. The layout maximizes the use of space without compromising comfort, offering the client a functional, adaptable space for future endeavors.

Our involvement extends far beyond the design phase. We are currently managing the complete coordination and construction, ensuring that the new sun heating systems, gas heating installations, electricity, and plumbing are fully integrated into the project. With meticulous attention to detail, our team is working to deliver the apartments fully finished and ready for the client to move in with keys in hand upon completion.
