Elddonet consists of five prefabricated timber townhouses, located along the western edge of the block facing the City Park. As a more intimate residential typology, the townhouses offer a contrast to the larger concrete block, emphasizing low-carbon constructionwarm materiality, and domestic scale.

Each three-story home is designed with a compact footprint and carefully organized internal flow, featuring private entrances, outdoor spaces, and light-filled living areas. The wooden prefab system allowed for swift assembly with reduced on-site impact and embodied carbon.

While distinct in identity, the townhouses echo the material language and rhythm of the block, creating a cohesive architectural ensemble. The project achieved Miljöbyggnad Bronze certification, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability at a small scale.
