Adjacent to the new Veddesta Bridge, this project includes 220 rental apartments and ground-floor commercial spaces. Designed to optimize daylight and views, the block connects to parks and greenery through two courtyard openings.

Barkarbystaden comprises four distinct volumes with varying heights and materials: concrete, brick, and stucco. Courtyard façades feature wooden details, adding warmth and a welcoming feel.
