2+ years of experience in 3D visualization, rendering, and digital media.
Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
Experience with photography and drone operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations and digital media work.

3D Software: 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or Rhino.
Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, Unreal Engine, or Lumion.
BIM Integration: Experience with Revit.
Post-Production: Photoshop, After Effects, or other image/video editing tools.
Drone & Photography Equipment: Knowledge of camera settings, composition, and aerial photography techniques.
VR/AR Technologies: Familiarity with Oculus, Unreal Engine, or Unity for immersive presentations.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and virtual tours for architectural and interior projects.
Create realistic lighting, materials, and textures to enhance visual presentations.
Handle photography and drone operations for real estate and architectural imagery.
