Who You Are
- Experienced leading projects through all phases
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working remotely
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design execution and precision
- Fluent in English; Spanish, Swedish, or Greek is a plus
Preferred Backgrounds
- Housing or mixed-use development
- Early-stage real estate feasibility and strategy
- Sustainable or performance-driven architecture
- An established network of collaborators or potential clients is a valued asset
